What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
Permit checks and quote requests: the zip code, project details and any contact details you choose to enter.
Security and spam prevention: your IP address and browser type, recorded with each contact message.
Usage: Google Analytics records which pages are viewed.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your inquiries, produce permit checks and estimates, connect you with contractors when you ask us to, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Who processes it
Our service providers handle this information on our behalf: Supabase stores our database, Cloudflare hosts the website, Resend delivers notification emails, and Google Analytics measures usage. Contractors receive the details of a quote request only when you ask us to share them.
Retention
We keep inquiries and permit records for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Use the contact page to make a request. You can also control cookies and analytics through your browser settings.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and the effective date at the top will change with it.
